Note 10! From January 2023, when I was their customer, until September 2024, I did not have a single technical complaint (whether the internet was down or anything else) - not even once!! Normally this is not technically possible... But with Teen Telecom it is possible!
The speed is consistent and amazing! Seamless connection, fast and efficient technical support. I highly recommend this ISP!
Very serious provider. It is one of the few providers left with whom you can have direct contact and simple communication, not with all kinds of automated robots that walk you through all the menus when you call to solve something. Note 10!
